About Us:
The New Hampshire Supreme Court Society is a charitable organization which
supports and honors the work of the New Hampshire Supreme Court and
promotes an independent and effective judiciary in New Hampshire. The
Society also celebrates history and actively learns from it by working on
"living history" projects throughout New Hampshire.
Through educational programs,
exhibitions of court artifacts and art, a lecture series, scholarly
articles, an oral history project, and an award program, the Society seeks
to increase public awareness at the life of the law - both past and
present.
The Society ensures that the judicial
and legal history of the state is not lost, informs the public of this
legacy, and prepares future participants to enter and to be leaders within
the field of law.
The New Hampshire Supreme Court
Society is guided by its Board of Trustees and funded by its members and
sponsors.
Membership is
open to all who support the Society and its mission. Please see
membership page for additional information.
