Register below for the upcoming CLE program, “How Recent Trends Can Inform Future Litigation Strategies.” The program will be held on Monday, February 6, from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. at the Intellectual Property Center, University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law at 2 White Street in Concord (Room 282), with a reception to follow. The program will also be available on Zoom. A link to join the event virtually will be emailed a day prior to the event.
Panelists will discuss how recent trends in NH Supreme Court civil and criminal jurisprudence can be used in creative and courageous ways to craft future litigation. The panel will be moderated by Retired Supreme Court Justice Carol Ann Conboy.
